He explains the rice stock in Jakarta is less than 25 thousand tons, and then Bulog will supply. The current rice stock in Cipinang Rice Market is still 33 thousand tons.
“Bulog will supply us if we have less rice stock,” he expressed.
Beforehand, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya has requested rice stocks for 75 thousand tons to Bulog Drive Jakarta-Banten. Such huge stock prepared as anticipatory way of El-Nino bad weather that was predicted to have a long impact. The rice stocks will be used for the period from November to March.
